This is the Order Of The Red Plague. It was founded hundreds of years ago by Xavier Messor. The cult has been took over by Xavier’s reincarnation. The Red Plague was a massive infection, started by the founder himself for unknown reasons. He locked up the secrets of the destructive disease in an unknown place, hoping no one unleashes the devastating plague to the new world. The society’s main reason to be around now is to make sure the secret stays a secret. It is unknown why Xavier unleashed it, but he says it was not for malicious intent.
