Description
The Kingdom of Harad was a collection of tribes scattered around the southern lands of what was formally Gondor's lands. These tribes eventually formed a Kingdom under the rule of Suladan, the Golden Serpent. Under his leadership, the Haradrim tamed the massive Mûmakil beasts and used them in warfare and, like their masters, were decorated with scarlet and gold. They even strapped towers on their backs, garrisoned by Haradrim archers and spearmen. Horses feared the Mumakil, and so the Southron forces rallied around them when faced with mounted foes. With these beasts now turned to the West, Harad now looks at a weakened Gondor with glee.
