The Jones Association, a group of ex-mercenaries, hitmen, CIA, special forces upset with the betrayal of the US government for the poor choices of abandoning their comrades and themselves during many battles and operations when they went south and took a turn for the worse, resulting in retreating. The group plans to over run the government and start with Chicago. Headquarters are in chicago during 1949 (Chicago 1949 group)
