Description
After referendum in 1919, president André, far decendant of Napoleon Bonaparte, decided to reform French republic into an Empire, so that the past mistakes taken by republic could be prevented and so that no more revolution can disturb the French interests. As the new Emperor Napoleon IV, André would make sure, that France would be on top of the world once again.
