𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝒂𝒕𝒗𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑳𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏 ________________________ The Latvian Legion was a special formation of the German forces during WW2. Created in 1943, it was comprised primarily of ethnic Latvian personnel. The Latvian Legion was founded to fight the soviet and partisan influence in the baltic regions, with the support of the Estonian Legion and the short lived Lithuanian Legion. The conscripted forces of the Latvian Legion fought to ensure that the Red Army would never control Latvia, and they continue to fight to defend their territory from the red communists. The guardians of Latvia will continue to fight until their last breath, so that they may never see a Soviet boot on their land "𝑫𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒔 𝒔𝒗ē𝒕ī 𝑳𝒂𝒕𝒗𝒊𝒋𝒖"
