Description
Hello. We are The Serpent's Hand, a group within the SCP Foundation, even more advanced than Chaos Insurgency, dedicated to causing mayhem for the Foundation. Our main goal is to expose the SCP Foundation's Anomalies into the real world. We breach, destroy, and much more. Motto: "Demolish, Destroy, Disguised". Have a good day. -Cheif of Council
