Once you become one of those to classes you will rank up only in the categories made or that class. Once you get to militia you must have 5 good trainings to get promotion. then after that you will add 5 more trainings to that number for every promotion given to receive promo. You may switch once your already a sword or bow man but youll have to start over from militia.
