Description

- Hakubi-Tei, sometimes just called as "The Garden"; the training center for Whisper experienced warriors. [庭、白美亭 , ささやきはすべてであり、何もない ] · · · ~ After the unnamed faction became Whisper, they tried to create a division for their samurais, as they wanted to assure that Tokyo does not fall on evil hands by educating their warriors professionally, whether in wars and other fighting circumstances.
