- Hakubi-Tei, sometimes just called as "The Garden"; the training center for Whisper experienced warriors. [庭、白美亭 , ささやきはすべてであり、何もない ] · · · ~ After the unnamed faction became Whisper, they tried to create a division for their samurais, as they wanted to assure that Tokyo does not fall on evil hands by educating their warriors professionally, whether in wars and other fighting circumstances. Enemies are always afraid of finding an Arami Squadron member due to their specialized-war strategies and education, as well as Kishou members, with their incredible and unbelievable skill fighting. It's the objective of a Whisper samurai to join Hakubi-Tei and specialize their war and fighting capabilities; Whisper will need advanced warriors in order to stop evil factions from getting Japan in their hands.
