HEG (Hazardous Emergency Group) deals with toxic areas, when HEG is cleaning out an area, everyone is to stay far behind so that the toxic gas doesn't reach them. HEG was created when a toxic device was brought into the Cold War, after the toxic device was detonated, the HEG was called in to deal with the situation.
