𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐔𝐑𝐄. 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍. 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Foundation's External Affairs department is responsible for forming alliances with foreign Foundations and other organizations. Certain alliances can have an enemy status or friendly; DEA agents mutually visit other facilities, rating them and making sure everything is fair and square for both parties. This department also enforces rules for our allies and enemies while on specific facilities, as well as our own.
