Westcoast Blacklist was founded in Los Angeles as a professional street-racing organization, a host of many races based within popular cities all over the world, one of the most prime, the metropolitan prefecture named Tokyo. Westcoast Blacklist is also a well renowned importer and manufacturer of many vehicle parts, shipping to different states in the USA and nations close-by. New facilities for W.B have been structured to expand their commerce, one of the most renown facility being based in Boulevard, but it is one which has been corrupted by their employees. The local police departments are determined to find out the mischievous activities taking place, but are they worthy enough to handle the heat?
