Description
Following a coup de'tat by separatist insurgents on Ronograd, the discovery of weapons of mass destruction prompted the United Nations and the greater international community to directly intervene in the situation in Ronograd to quell the RLF and the PoD. Multinational Joint Task Force - Ronograd (MNJTF-R) was formed by the U.S., Russia and NATO, leading a coalition into Ronograd at the direction of the United Nations Security Council to stabilize the situation on the island, provide logistical and direct support to the Ronograd Defense Force, and confiscate the WMDs present on the island. With ten units across four different nations, MNJTF-R represents the largest UN-sanctioned coalition force operating in Ronograd.
