«──── « ⋅ʚ LORE ɞ⋅ » ────» Divisions of Aurora. Once separated, Now united. The Divisions of Aurora are a collection of ghouls and humans, united by the freezing cold of Hokkaido. Each faction had its own Ambassador, a spokesperson for their folk. Once at odds, the people of the rival groups encouraged their Ambassadors to come together to find a solution to the harsh living conditions. In the treaty they signed, they agreed to share power and unite their peoples in a sanctuary where death was forbidden, naming it after a symbol of their shared origin: the northern lights. After several decades, the now-united group realised that in order to survive, they had to move. After discussing it among themselves, Ambassadors and Auxiliaries, they could only agree on one place: Tokyo. More specifically, the 23rd district, where Cochlea is located. They struck a deal with the CCG, agreeing to allow a sanctuary for passive ghouls. Those who shed blood, be sent there immediately.
