Who is IRC? What does she do? "IRC Foundation" is a secret, non-governmental base, its main objective is to protect the interdimensional universes. It also aims to contain beings that can destroy your universe, planets or some species on your planet. IRC has its own organization called "CPA Organization" its goal is to contain those beings that might threaten some species of race, or the universe itself. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Remember, IRC is a fan game of SCP itself, but its history and missions are completely different from SCP. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Any use or similarity to IRC without my permission.
