The Cheem Empire #10400328

Description
The Cheem Empire "Glory to the Empire! Glory to Father Cheem!" The Cheem Empire is an absolute monarchy, with its main dwelling in "Cheem'nor", an extremely large city on their home planet. Despite being able to reach far away galaxies in seconds, this is their capital city and heart of all operations. However, despite their high tech, they do not focus on quickly conquering everything; they prefer to only conquer if absolutely need be, or if attacked.
