GHC — Not Containment. Conclusion. #1040499138
Description
The Grey Hand Contingent (GHC) is an independent paramilitary decommissioning body that operates in a formal cooperative agreement with the SCP Foundation while maintaining strict neutrality toward all other factions (GOC, Chaos Insurgency, Serpent's Hand, Church of the Broken God, etc.). The GHC does not contain, study, or weaponize anomalies — they end threats the Foundation cannot afford to keep contained, cannot contain in time, or that have escalated past the point of standard MTF response.
