The Global Occult Coalition, short for GOC, is a global joint paranormal protection organization with standardized institutional management. It was jointly founded by 108 global supernatural research institutions, national special affairs departments and ancient guardian organizations. The supreme decision-making body of the alliance is the Council of 108, which is responsible for voting on global anomaly disposal plans, deploying cross-regional task forces, and formulating the long-term development direction of the whole alliance.
