Description
Expanding Class-D from the SCP Foundation towards the Siberian regions where it holds wetlands, forests, and mountains, Class-D personnel who escaped the SCPF facilities in European Russia and some in Siberian Regions, the Class-D Cells Doctrine was made for the project by [REDACTED] [REDACTED] for the descendants of the Class - D Nation, portraying the Foundation, uprising the riot, and many more. The ones who have successfully escaped the facilities from the SCP Foundations were meant to be tested on a SCP, but most will uprise more, and even riot in more facilities, and even raid. In honor of D-1748 and D-1484!
