Description
𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗢𝗣𝗦𝗜𝗦 The First Order, or simply the Order, was a fascist military junta located in the Unknown Regions of the galaxy that espoused a radical neo-imperialism political ideology during the era of the New Republic. The First Order was ruled by a Supreme Leader from their mobile headquarters instead of a traditional planetary capital. The First Order had a fanatical devotion to the totalitarian notions of order and a violent disdain for the New Republic and democracy. As the New Republic consolidated its rule and the Old Empire reduced to a rump state hemmed in by strict disarmament treaties and punishing reparations at the end of the Galactic Civil War, former Imperial officers, technologists, and warlords escaped to the Unknown Regions as part of the Galactic Emperor Palpatine Contingency. There, they plotted a return to power and sought to reclaim lost Imperial legacy.
