Description
DSS is slowly dying, and people need to start paying attention. This group exists to spread awareness, not to leak private information, harass anyone, or start pointless drama. The issue is simple: DSS keeps saying it wants to improve, but real change keeps getting pushed away. Better systems, better training, and better leadership standards are needed. Improvement cannot happen if every serious attempt at change is ignored or rejected. DSS does not need to become overly strict or lose what makes it fun. It just needs to work better. Instructors should be taught how to actually teach. Trainees should actually learn. Systems should help people improve instead of keeping everything basic, outdated, and ineffective. DSS still has potential, but if nothing changes, the decline will continue. If you care about DSS, help spread awareness, ask questions, and support real improvement. DSS can still be fixed, but only if change is allowed to happen.
