Description

The Serpents Hand, TSH for short are an elite group of SCP threats and are an less whereas combative threat more of a public worldwide panic they want to release the SCP's and control them and show people who the SCP organisation really are. They are not allies of the Chaos Insurgency as they find the Insurgents and the leaders quite greedy, more the less they are sworn enemies. The Serpents Hand is not to be messed with and underestimated.
