The Noobican Northern Command was tasked with securing the North, while also assisting Southern Command. 2nd Brigade Combat Team was tasked with securing the Arctic Regions, conducting Operation Arctic Shield against Al-Shababi and keeping out Vostoyan interests in the area. Noobican forces discover an undisclosed facility, in turn, assuming that the facility was a military base, had the 4th Infantry Regiment (Mountain) keep watch of the facility.
