Welcome to the Flare Super Saiyans, if you are wondering what Flare Super Saiyans is, allow me to tell you. Flare Super Saiyan is when a Saiyan reaches a new state of Agility, gaining them what would seem like a kaio-ken but being a actual level of Saiyan. This new form allows Saiyans to move faster and focus their energy better. But we are not just about names, we have actually created techniques to help us use this power to it's full content. But that is not all, Saiyans may be the only one to actually reach the form, but any other race can learn the techniques.
