"O' what a man must sacrifice to do right in the greater good, no less than his life." Task Force Quebec-13, or simple Q-13 is a paramilitary group that works internationally, and directly against any and all EAOs, and by proxy, the EEC. They were originally an EEC task force that broke away due to internal turmoil during an operation. They work to destroy any and all EAOs, making no exceptions. They have morals, and will usually only attack EAO involved EEC personnel, but will not hesitate to do the same to uninvolved persons that get in their way.
