They are organized with many departments and each have their own specific and unique task. The facility owner itself still remains secret till today and alongside that, they are raiders called "The Serpents Hands" are trying to release all the anomalies from the Foundation for their own use. Besides The Serpents Hands, we also have Chaos Insurgency who's task is to release all the anomalies kept it in the facility and cause chaos throughout the world. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ This group has nothing to do with the original SCPF storyline.
