Description
雪須川幕府 ◄❁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬❁► Before the Yukisugawa Shogunate, the Buo State ruled, which was a powerful nation that dominated the Yashima archipelago for centuries. Internally, the Buo State was plagued by corruption, which led to the infamous Chuso Rebellion, a prelude to the Anarchy era. As a result of the rebellions, the State suppressed clans like the famed Yukisugawa clan. ◄❁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬❁► By 1889, republican sympathizers in the army launched a coup, triggering the Anarchy era, a three-decade-long civil war between loyalists, republicans, regional clans, and military juntas. Amid chaos, the Yukisugawa clan rose, which descended from both the Arisugawa Imperial Branch and the Yuki-Matusdaira lineage. ◄❁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬❁► In 1919, Shogunate forces captured Edo, ending the war. Tadakazu proclaimed the Yukisugawa Shogunate, restoring authority and preserving traditionalism through an isolation policy.
