Sponsored by Steps to join: - The Development hub is specifically for players who aren't used to the current toolset of RS and aim to bring in a greater audience from other parties and toolset sports. - The Academy is usually selection only. However, there will be trial days to showcase your abilities and if you aren't chosen you won't be in the Development squad, as that is for Amateurs only. Consider the Academy as a Semi-pro to Professional boundary of players that are in the rank endeavoring towards main team play. - To get in the main team there are many ways. The easiest is to be chosen by Lavazette or KenzoEnrico for usually a league roster spot. Apart from this there are weekly "Prodigies" that will play main team matches, these are from the Academy. This is a trial to main team, however not starting role, as those are full. Tottenham looks to expand eventually, opening another network to league play and development. Player development is the aim.
