HAJIME HOLDINGS LLC. 始ホールディングス — Est. 1956 Founded in 1956 (昭和31年), Hajime Holdings was built upon the principles of 秩序 (Order), 忠義 (Loyalty), and 繁栄 (Prosperity). While known publicly as a corporate development and investment firm, its culture is rooted in discipline, hierarchy, and unity. The spirit of the organization draws from the journey of a former member of 榎本一家 who rose through Hamazaki-gumi and the bloodlines, known then as Monsuta Maruyama (モンスター丸山). Through loyalty, conflict, and leadership, he reached the rank of 若頭 before exile ended his chapter there. But exile is not the end. In the tradition of 再生 , a new name was taken: Hajime (始) — The Beginning. From experience, loyalty to himself and to the organization that birthed him, and the lessons of the past, Hajime Holdings was reborn. Beneath its Solar Crest (太陽紋), members build a future founded on unity, discipline, and quiet strength. 始まりはここから。
