The Necrotic Dominion is the last remnant of a forgotten kingdom that once stood against an empire alone. Led by the immortal Lich King Victor Vendal, the Dominion seeks not senseless destruction, but the end of suffering itself. Where the living see monsters, the dead see salvation. The Dominion grows patiently beneath the world, waiting for the day every soul shall know eternal peace. Death is not the end. It is unity.
