Description
The New California Republic (NCR) is a federal republic founded in the post-war wasteland with the goal of rebuilding civilization based on principles associated with the pre-War United States, including representative government, constitutional law, civil rights, and an organized military. Its origins can be traced to Shady Sands, a settlement founded by survivors of Vault 15. Under the leadership of Aradesh and later Tandi, Shady Sands grew through agriculture, trade, and alliances with neighboring communities. Blue (6J5xwQtctgD)
