(The Group image has been altered to best suid the discription from; Darth Plagueis). the Imperial family, originally known as House Palpatine, was a noble Human family from the planet Naboo. Though not as prominent or wealthy as some of the other Royal Houses of Naboo, a member of the House, known simply as Palpatine, exterminated all his closest relatives, including his father, Cosinga, and later came to rule the entire galaxy as Emperor for more than two decades. During his rule, many claimants contended blood relation to the Palpatines, and similarly, pretenders sought to legitimize their bid for the throne after the Emperor's fall. The House's color was scarlet, prominently featured on the family crest, which depicted a veermok, an aiwha and a zalaaca.
