Description

The Commando Forward Surgical Group (CFSG) is a highly specialised medical element designed to provide rapid, life-saving surgical capability in the most demanding operational environments. Built on the ethos of Commando Forces, CFSG delivers advanced trauma care close to the point of injury, ensuring that wounded personnel receive critical treatment during the narrow “golden hour.” CFSG teams are composed of combat-trained medical professionals, including surgeons, anaesthetists, emergency physicians, intensive care nurses, medics, and specialist support staff.
