“ If a wielder is overcome by malice, or rather, if their heart is tainted by darkness— their adorable little Spirit will turn dark and become a Nightmare." - Master Of Masters First fan group on Dream eaters from the Kingdom Hearts series. There are two types of Dream Eaters, Spirits which defend and destroy bad dreams while Nightmares which plant bad dreams. Another variety of the Spirit, Called the Chirithy was created by the Master Of Masters, They were used to guide Keyblade Wielders or to check up on their progress. It was later revealed in KHUx, When a wielder falls in battle. The wielder is given the choice to reincarnate into a new being or to sleep, If they choose to sleep then the Chirithy will then morph into a Spirit such as a Meow Wow and guard their sleeping heart.
