Description
The Department of Psychological Defense, formed during the Cold War, is responsible for the rehabilitation and therapeutic healing of persons suffering from post-traumatic, violent, or dissociative conditions. However, the DPD is also responsible for the oversight and management of Project Dovetail - a program designed to push and break the limits of the human mind, to control the human mind and reset all the brain's functions and memories, whilst porting over essential memories and functions to the next iteration and writing into the brain special functions, testing each iteration until Dovetail is achieved. "When minds and cycle align, Dovetail is achieved."
