Never be too proud to admit that you need help. Those in this group will do their best to bring you through. If you hold on, you can make it. Those who are advisors have been depressed themselves. There won’t be any of that “I haven’t ever been depressed but I want to help those who are” junk in this group. It’s nice that people want to help, but the only way to truly help is to understand. This group is to ensure that you are not alone; here, you are Ioved.
