During the revolutionary war against the elites of the skies, a particular paramilitary group of fighters had been leading the front in a guerilla-like fashion, and though their structure was a bit more authoritative than the other cadre would've liked, the Doyenne decided to give them their own special branch. They are both reinforcements on the battlefield and representatives of the Alliance's best. Turning the tides where regular troops cannot. Prerequisites: 1. Must have been a delegated officer at least once 2.
