Description
The ARB, instills and ensure that all personnel follows and works by the rules. They are similar to the Internal affairs and settlement, but they work outside and inside. Functioning as a regulator for the foundation. Terminating anyone who gets in their way and they hunt down any personnel who decides not to follow the law. They are the enforcers of the laws functioning close by the Administrative and Ethics Committee. ARB is not to be reckon with.
