Semper Idem RTH stands apart as an external body that protects the Sicescan religion and acts as the final arbiter of orthodoxy and its stated purpose is to protect the public from misapplication of the technology and to see that the religious technologies of Sicesca remain in proper hands and are properly ministered. While exercising authority over the use of all Technology and Sicesca materials, RTH is not involved in the day-to-day management of the Church of Sicesca. Three days.
