Here is something to think abt.. perspective! Like if you don’t have anything to do and your just feeling down, do something fun! Go out with friends or smth! And another, your room is a mess full of random crap, at least you have it! Trust me, god ## ### whatever you do! Now I’m a anxiety filled 13 year old but that doesn’t rlly matter tbh. Have a good day and I will always be somebody to talk to or a shoulder to cry on. Oh and the picture is my hamster hammie and he gives therapy too 🙂
