Description
The Officer Program is a structured training & evaluation program with the responsibility of preparing entry-level MPF personnel for leadership endeavors. Consisting of three classes, the program advances personnel understanding of standard procedure, leadership, communication, discipline, and the ability to make decisions. Successful completion of all three classes make i1 Ground Units (or the highest disposable rank in a division) eligible to apply for a lower-class command position
