Ivrea è una città situata nella regione Piemonte, nel nord Italia, famosa per la sua importanza storica e i suoi paesaggi pittoreschi. Si trova lungo il fiume Dora Baltea ed ha una storia che risale all'epoca romana. Uno degli eventi più noti associati a Ivrea è il "Carnevale di Ivrea", che si tiene ogni anno a febbraio e prevede una particolare battaglia con le arance, in cui i partecipanti si lanciano arance l'uno contro l'altro in una rievocazione di una storica ribellione. La città presenta anche una bellissima architettura, tra cui il castello medievale, la Cattedrale di Ivrea e la suggestiva Piazza Freguglia.
