𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 The brigade was founded on June 10, 1992, by the personnel and combat equipment of the OM JNA School Center "Petar Drapšin", Banja Luka. The first commander, also in charge of forming the brigade, was the then colonel, Slavko Lisica. The headquarters of the brigade were in Manjača and in the Banja Luka barracks the Vrbas. During Operation Corridor, the 2nd Armored Brigade was part of TG-3. At the end of 1992, the brigade was deployed in the wider region of Doboj and the Brčko corridor, where it spent most of the war.
