LCHS is the specialized security force for the public hospital networks of Lander, Mersea, and Medford. Established in 1988, our officers maintain order where the it is the most necessary. In 2003, the LCHS manages everything from high-traffic ERs in the city to suburban clinics in the outer reaches.
