This group was originally found by, Jossiedaz. But now has two wonderful, amazing owners! They are known as, lorrphobia & aurbellas. Model ranking is absolutely so simple. You win a contest or AKA. a competition to be ranked. Win a competition to be ranked a higher rank of an model. Staff ranking is just as simple as model ranking. You basically show your passion as a staff, work hard and train hard. Sooner or later while you are doing what you are suppose to be doing, an HR+ will promote you to a higher rank.
