Description
Husarregimentet - Hussar Regiment Although officially raised in February, some trace the Husarregiment’s roots back to 1614 which makes them one of the oldest, still operational, regiments of Hussars in the world. The regiment saw valiant service during the Napoleonic Wars in Stralsund and on campaign in Germany is 1813. The regiment was also home to a notable officers of the period, Johannes Ewald and Edvard Ewald (routed a battalion of the Prussian Lützows Freicorps). “In Actis Esto Volucris” Regiment Type: - Hussars
