Description

The First Amphibious Battalion is a KSG special purpose formation, trained to carry out operations both in amphibious assault and on land. Its primary combat activities include conducting amphibious operations, participating in coastal defense, water safety, and accompanying operations. The personnel of this formation are characterized by their exceptionally high level of camaraderie, adaptability, combat readiness, and the ability to respond to dynamic situations. By being part of the 1st Security Group, this unit coordinates its activities with other KSG components, participating in combined operations, and providing a wide spectrum of capabilities.
