The Constitution: When you join group you get a seat on the Duma. Any member of the Duma may propose laws and needs a simple majority in the Duma to be proposed in the senate. It needs a simple majority to pass in the senate and become law. The president doesn’t have the power to veto. In order to get a seat in the senate, you must file with the office of Vice President. The Vice President may remove anyone from the senate if he or she so chooses. The president may be impeached but needs a 100% majority in the senate for the president to be removed. In order to impeach the Vice President, the The Duma needs a simple majority for the Vice President to be removed. The Duma has the power to declare war and doesn’t need the approval of the senate. If a member of the Senate or Duma does something that breaks common laws the get removed from their job if the Senate and Vice President finds them guilty.
