Description
When Ultaria fell into chaos, its navy splintered. Refusing to serve corrupt politicians and endless infighting, a band of officers led by Captain Razufzik Haldeenmeer took their ships and sailed west. On a distant island, they founded a new state — a nation built on order, duty, and the dream of fair representation. What began as a refuge for sailors and exiles may soon rise as a maritime power, guided by the iron will of its captain, Razufzik.
