[UU]: Overwatch Transhuman Arm #10941138
Description
The Overwatch Transhuman Arm represents the military backbone of the Combine and Universal Union itself. OTA members have undergone mind alternation and cybernetic modifications to carry out the Union's dire tasks given to them, compared to that of a normal Civil Protection member - tasked with enforcing order within cities. The tasks of an OTA member require skill and professionalism, from patrolling Combine exclusion zones to conducting raids on resistance strongholds. Such missions permit military grade equipment and weaponry as well as advanced combat training.
