Hello! We are the Chaos Insurgency Delta Class (CIDC). We work for the Chaos Insurgency as the most elites of all units. Our jobs are: To make containment Breaches, Free Class-D's, Kill Foundation Personnel, and sabotage foundation Operations. We are formed from two Foundation task forces.
